About the Event
Renee is a Registered Music Therapist, Neurologic Music Therapist and Sound Healer. Renee has combined her knowledge and experience to develop a workshop designed specifically for kids to connect with each other while also learning how to connect with themselves. The first half of this workshop will include connection with each other through drumming and music making. The second half of this workshop will include laying down, relaxing and connecting with self through a guided sound relaxation meditation.
